Congratulations Rae Lyn and Clay!
We’re very happy to announce that Clay and Rae Lyn have finally welcomed their brand new baby girl into the world. Ava Layne was born Wednesday afternoon. Both mother and daughter are home and doing very well.
Relief for Haiti
On Sunday, Feb. 7, North View plans to send more relief to Roberta Edwards in Haiti. Any monies over the budget will be sent to her for food, and water and other very necessary supplies. Please prayerfully consider your giving that day for this very urgent need.
Worship Service Time Change
Starting on January the 31st North View congregation will adjust the time of it’s PM services. We will, for the last Sunday of January and through the month of February have our morning services as usual, but will take a two-hour break for lunch and come back and have services at 1:30. On Feb. 28 we will have a fellowship meal here at the building. Consider this a test run and if everything goes well we will make this standard procedure for North View for the months of December, January, and February in the future.
Parents, please remember that there WILL be Children’s Bible Hour as usual during the early PM services running from January the 31st to February the 28.
FHU Lectureship
A group from North View plans to take the van to the Freed-Hardeman lectureship on February the 9th. If you would like to go, please sign the sheet located in the lobby.
Ladies
A group of ladies from North View plans to attend the Ladies’ Day at the Central Church of Christ in Covington, Georgia February 26 & 27. If you would like more information about this trip, please see Mike Joyce.
